Iva is a global transformation executive and operating leader with over two decades of experience at the intersection of business strategy, technology, people and innovation. Her expertise spans enterprise transformation, workforce and capability strategy, solution design, sustainability, and strategic partnerships and ecosystems.

At Accelerated Innovation, Iva serves as COO and Head of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships, leading operations, strategic priorities, client initiatives, and the partner ecosystem. She helps organizations translate AI ambition into enterprise impact by aligning strategy and leadership, mobilizing capabilities across organizational boundaries, and preparing talent to responsibly adopt and scale emerging technologies. A sustainability mindset is embedded in her work, reflecting her belief that innovation and long-term value creation should advance together.

Previously, Iva led global transformation initiatives at Capgemini, IBM, EY, and Columbia Business School across technology, financial services, energy, healthcare, and media in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. A trusted advisor to executive leaders, she brings a deeply international, human-centered, and relentlessly curious perspective to complex transformation.

Iva holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
