Asad’s interest in Generative AI focuses on helping organizations leverage GenAI-enabled solutions to deliver improved customer support, at a fraction of the cost, and with increased customer satisfaction. He’s also intrigued about its ability to connect data and insights, wherever it exists across the enterprise, to enable real-time data-driven decision making at all levels of the organization.
Prior to joining the Accelerated Innovation team, Asad has led strategic change efforts at JPMorganChase, ETrade, Northwestern Mutual, Norfolk Southern, Shell Oil, and PWC.
